Across Tokyo’s 23 wards, the vacancy rate increased 0.1 points to 7.7%, Osaka saw a decrease of 0.1 points to 9.8%, and Nagoya saw a decrease of 0.1 points to 11.7%. With regards to Grade A vacancies, Tokyo increased 1.9 points to 10.6%, Osaka saw a decrease of 0.1 points to 10.5%, Nagoya was flat at 2.1%.
