Kodaira Station (小平駅, Kodaira-eki) is a railway station on the Seibu Shinjuku Line and its branch, the Haijima Line, in the city of Kodaira, Tokyo, Japan.
Platforms
The station has two island platforms facing four tracks.
Track 1 is bound for Tamagawa Jōsui and other stations on the Seibu Haijima Line.
Track 2 heads north towards Tokorozawa and ultimately ends at Hon-Kawagoe Station.
Tracks 3 and 4 head east towards Tanashi, Takadanobaba, and other stations on the Seibu Shinjuku Line
Neighborhood and Location
Kodaira Station has South and North Exits. Near the South Exit are the Kodaira Seiyu Department Store, a public building named Rune, a high school run by the government of Tokyo, and, about 1.75 km distant, Shin-Kodaira Station on the JR Musashino Line. The North Exit is convenient to the Kodaira Metropolitan Cemetery and to McDonald's.
